Reconstructs Dental
CT Data into Patient Studies
i-dontics can reconstruct
data from any CT scanner into any 3rd party
dental software used for pre-surgical and diagnostic
planning, orthodontic and cephalometric analyses,
TMJ evaluations, and more. These studies can
be in the form of: film, glossy prints, CD,
or via the Internet. Our secure HIPAA-compliant
server enables patient studies to be exported
via the Internet in a matter of minutes. Upon
request, all studies have sample measurements
and the inferior alveolar nerve marked to assist
the dentist in their final determinations. |

Provides Radiological Reports
While all dentists can read dental X-rays,
CT images present different challenges that
few dentists are equipped to handle due to
the increased size of the field of each study.
As a result, i-dontics offers radiological
reports upon request by a board-certified
Oral & Maxillofacial Dental Radiologist
who reviews each patient study to rule out
pathology and any incidental findings that
could affect patient outcome.

Markets CBCT Services
to the Dental Community for
i-dontics Service Providers
i-dontics is a CBCT scanning company
that owns four centers that provide scans
to dentists’s patients in the tri-state
area. In addition, i-dontics provides
a unique service to dentists who own or are
about to purchase a CBCT scanner by marketing
to the local dentists in their geographic
area so that they can take advantage of this
new CBCT technology and offer their patients
the best standard of care possible. When dentists
refer their patients to an i-dontics
Service Provider, it is important to note
that they are sending their patients to i-dontics.
As such, i-dontics will process the
data, format the reports and provide an array
of services that will help the dentist deliver
the best outcome to their patients. All i-dontics
scans are archived for the legal requirements
of their respective state laws.

Converts DICOM files
into SimPlant™, Facilitate™ and
other Software
All medical and dental CT scanners format
their data into the universal radiological
language known as DICOM: Digital Imaging
and Communications in Medicine. This
enables i-dontics to process the
data so that it may be imported into most
3rd party software including SimPlant™,
Facilitate™, VIP™, NobelGuide™,
Keystone, In Vivo™, and Dolphin™,
just to name a few.

Provides Treatment Planning by Panel
of Expert Clinicians
While some dentists are comfortable reading
CT scans and manipulating 3rd party treatment
planning software, many would like the guidance
of experienced surgeons and dentists who have
used CT images for years. For this reason,
i-dontics provides a panel of experts
skilled in oral surgery, periodontology, implant
placement, orthodontics, TMJ pathology, dental
radiology, prosthetics, and endodontics. Please
call our toll free number for more information
on how to use an expert panel member.
